Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Elevens collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Elevens does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play.
Automatically collected information
When you use Elevens, we automatically collect limited usage data to improve the app:
- Game statistics — wins, losses, average game duration, moves per game. Stored locally and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account.
- Crash reports — anonymous diagnostic information sent when the app crashes, to help us fix bugs.
- App analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage patterns. This data cannot be linked back to you.
Device information
We may collect device type, iOS version, and app version solely for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information only to:
- Provide and improve the Elevens app
- Fix bugs and prevent crashes
- Understand how players interact with the game
- Sync your progress across your devices via iCloud (under your control)
We do not use your information for targeted advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. iCloud & Apple Services
Game data (scores, statistics) may be stored in your personal iCloud account to enable sync across devices. This data is controlled by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share anonymised, aggregated data that cannot identify you.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
5. Children's Privacy
Elevens is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no account or personal data is required to play, the app is safe for all ages.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
Game statistics are stored locally on your device. You can delete all data by removing the app. If iCloud sync is enabled, deleting the app from all your devices also removes the iCloud data.
Crash reports are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access. Local game data is protected by iOS's built-in data protection. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
